STH Detox Day 7 of 7

No pictures because I didn’t take any. We hit the city last night and got home at 5 in the morning. We were having so much fun that we didn’t realize until after that we didn’t take any pics.
But we have the gut-busting laughs and you can capture those moments in a photo.

Today’s Wins
Listen - when that clock struck 12 I was ready to bash some food. And I did - but I didn’t go overboard because I wasn’t going to undo that hard work in 1 day. I also didn’t want some digestive overload. My indulgences were good, but reminded me that I wasn’t missing anything while on my detox. If anything, getting back to eating reinforced the detox for me.
How to do a 7 day raw vegan detox and not lose your mind. Now that I’ve finished, it wasn’t that bad.
A reminder that when we’re in a situation it feels unbearable but when you emerge from it victorious, you appreciate that struggle and realize it wasn’t all that bad.
I’m gonna do a reflective post about what I learned about detoxing, about myself, and how I’m going to incorporate some aspects into my daily life. I might do a podcast too. Stay tuned.
