STH Detox Day 4 of 7

How I’m feeling this morning

  • Pray

  • Meditate

  • Stretch

I woke up before my alarm again today. I prayed I stretched I took a minute to take in how good I feel. My pooch is definitely smaller and the scale said I lost 5 or 6 pounds. I’m more of a “how my clothes fit” kinda person than relying on the scale but I’ve been stepping on it for fun and everytime I get on it’s a smaller number! I’m about to jump on now and see what happens.

Made more lemon/ginger/mint water.

Goals for today

  • Training at 11 | Bootcamp at 12

  • Get some sun

  • Drink a gallon of lemon ginger mint water

  • Make sure my spaces are clean & neat

  • Do my video journal

  • Stick to today’s plan

  • Take multivitamin

WTF was that Dooley?!

My fuckin' ankles are sweating. 😩😩😩

I took a 5 minute cold shower then a 5 minute hot shower. I want tacos. And cheesesteak egg rolls. And bread and honey butter. Hot French fries with no salt. I’m super distracted today. I want a table full of all my favorite foods.

I’m saying this because these wild thoughts are running through my head. I am not going to give in to these wild thoughts but I’m going to articulate them as part of holding myself accountable. This shit about me!

Today’s Meals

  • Alkaline water + lemon after waking up

  • Spinach + coconut oil + maca + frozen banana + water

  • STH detox juice

  • STH detox juice

  • Broccoli slaw with lemon juice and olive oil + veggie seasoning

  • STH detox juice

  • Greek salad no feta from Olive Tree. I had to leave the roll. I smelled it, but I left it where it was 😞

Today’s Challenges

This isn’t really a challenge per se but my whole day is a struggle.

I almost fell down the steps - with the dog and carrying my salad bowl. I spilled my water. I knocked over the dog’s milkbones- she loved it.
